UNIVERSITY TRANSFER PROGRAM provides courses at the level of the first and second year of study, fully suitable for transfer to Canadian universities, including the University of British Columbia. University classes at Columbia College are limited in size, which gives students the opportunity to fully communicate with teachers, each of whom is an expert in their field. The associate's academic degree is a type of academic qualification that students receive after completing their studies for the full two years at the level of the first and second courses of a university, including subject to the requirements of specific courses. Students with an associate's degree can apply to the immigration department work permission for people with basic higher education to work in Canada for up to three years after graduation, after which they can apply for permanent resident status in Canada.
The full-time PROGRAM FOR ENGLISH FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES is offered for those students who need to improve their English language skills before they start their academic program at the College. Recruitment for this program is carried out six times a year, the minimum duration of the program: 7 weeks.
Since September 2017, Columbia College has added high school education since the 10th grade. After graduating you will be able to fulfill all the requirements for high school graduates in British Columbia and receive a Dogwood Diploma - a diploma in British Columbia.

Applicants Requirements:
Columbia college students living in college-selected families enjoy a rich cultural experience. Moreover, being far away from home, it is very important to feel the support of loved ones and this is where our families help them. Host families are very carefully selected by our coordinators, and in consequence, they are always supervised to ensure the most comfortable and safe conditions for our students.
GUARDIANSHIP (IF STUDENTS ARE NOT YET 19 YEARS OLD)
If you are an international student and you are under the age of 19, according to the rules of British Columbia, you need to submit special documents confirming that you have a guardian during your studies and residence and can provide you with support if necessary.
Upon admission to Columbia college, incoming students should pay 12,540 Canadian dollars (which is approximately 645,715 soms). This payment includes tuition fee for 24 credits, which is the approximate number of credits for 1 year. If a student chooses additional subjects, then the student pays for them additionally - 520 Canadian dollars for the credit hours (26 780 soms).
