Sales Executive (Air Arabia)

Tasks

1. Develop and expand the partner network by attracting travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate clients.
2. Conduct meetings and negotiations with partners, visit their offices, and maintain ongoing business relationships.
3. Negotiate, prepare, and sign new agreements, as well as renew existing contracts in a timely manner.
4. Maintain and regularly update the partner database.
5. Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and increase Air Arabia sales.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
7. Liaise and collaborate with Air Arabia representatives and internal teams.
8. Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing materials.
9. Keep partners informed about new products, promotions, and special offers from Air Arabia.
10. Resolve partner inquiries promptly and ensure a high standard of partner support.
11. Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and training sessions for partners.

Expectations

1. Previous experience in airline ticket sales is required.
2. Proficiency in Kyrgyz at B2 level.
3. Proficiency in English at B1 level or above.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
6. Willingness to travel for business meetings and build long-term partnerships.
